Airfoil’s Australian Made and designed Removable Core Linear Bar Grille RC-LBG-15 is an architectural marvel, representing the pinnacle of aesthetics and demand. Made from high-quality aluminium extruded profiles, the RC-LBG-00 offers versatile sizing, allowing customisation to suit specific needs. While primarily used for Supply Air Functions, it is also well-suited for Return Air applications.
A defining feature is its sophisticated design with 20mm x 3mm Flat Bar 15 degree blades set at a standard 12mm pitch. This design ensures uniform airflow distribution, maximising horizontal throw capacity while maintaining a balanced airflow pattern. The grille is reinforced by a round aluminium spaced tube for structural integrity, with the blade system securely affixed to the inner frame using a strong industrial rivet system.
With a slender 25mm frame and a 50mm outer frame depth, the RC-LBG-15 has an appealing aesthetic. The robust outer frame features spring clips for easy removal and installation of the core centre, enhancing user-friendliness. Custom powder-coating in various colours is available upon request, further enhancing its visual appeal.
