Airfoil’s Australian Made Removable Core Fixing Clip Eggcrate Grille (RC-FCR5) is designed for efficient exhaust air applications in bathrooms, laundries, and commercial kitchens. Constructed from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles, this grille offers a free area of approximately 90%, ensuring high air volume handling with low noise levels. The RC-FCR5 features a 13mm x 13mm x 13mm aluminium Cubed Core Pattern, providing an economical and effective return air inlet.
The RC-FCR5 is customisable to any size and boasts a discrete 25mm outer frame for a sleek, flush-mounted ceiling appearance. Its versatile channeled eggcrate inner core can be easily clicked into the outer frame for straightforward installation. The grille’s fixing clip arrangement allows it to be securely attached to a plasterboard ceiling using a screwdriver to adjust the four fixing clips, ensuring a flush fit. It comes with a choice of metal neck adapters to match specific duct sizes. Available in standard white powder-coated finish or customisable to any colour upon request, the RC-FCR5 is ideal for both commercial and domestic exhaust air applications.
