Airfoil’s Hinged Half Chevron Grille (H-3AR45), proudly Australian made and designed, is expertly crafted from premium aluminium extruded profiles. Customisable to any size, this return air grille features large 45mm blades pitched at 45 degrees, spaced at 25mm intervals, offering a total free area of approximately 70%. Ideal for wall-mounted return or air transfer applications, the H-3AR45 ensures efficient airflow management. The Hinged Half Chevron’s 45mm blades are securely housed within its welded channelled hinged core center. Held in place by a series of aluminium tubed spacers fixed at each end of the inner hinged core using an industrial strength rivet system, ensuring durability and stability. The sleek 25mm frame with an overall depth of 50mm adds to its aesthetic appeal.
Designed for easy installation and access, the inner hinged core is typically hung on its long side and effortlessly clicks into the outer frame. The Hinged Half Chevron is available with an optional 12mm deep removable filter (H-3AR45-F), allowing for easy cleaning or replacement as needed. Available in our standard white range, the H-3AR45 also comes in our Natural Anodised silver finish or can be custom powder-coated to any desired colour upon request.
