Airfoil’s Australian Made Volume Control Dampers (VCD) are custom-built from premium extruded aluminium for robust and balanced airflow control in commercial systems. Designed for low to medium velocity applications, they feature a 2mm thick frame and interlocking blades with rubber seals to minimise air leakage. The blades, which can be manually or motorised operated, reduce air drag when open and are fully enclosed within the frame.
Available in various sizes, the VCDs are easy to install with a 35mm flange and optional side seals for enhanced performance. They come with non-corrosive Nylon Bushes or optional Brass Bushes for maintenance ease. Rigorously tested, Airfoil’s VCDs ensure precise airflow control, making them ideal for commercial air handling systems.
