Airfoil’s Australian Made Channel Frame Weather Louvre (CFWL-80) is meticulously crafted from premium 3mm aluminum extrusion, ensuring exceptional durability and weather resistance. Rigorously tested to deliver maximum protection in outdoor settings, it effectively minimizes the infiltration of rainwater under normal climatic conditions.
Featuring a large 100mm blade spacing, the CFWL-80 is versatile for both intake and return air applications, providing an approximate free area of 55%. Its welded outer C channel frame, sized at 25mm x 80mm x 25mm, is typically manufactured in a “turned in” position, enabling the blades to be securely fixed and concealed within the frame. However, different frame configurations are available upon request. Additionally, the CFWL-80 comes standard with vermin mesh fitted to the rear of the grille, enhancing pest control management. Manufactured to any required size, the Channel Frame Weather Louvre is available in our standard Natural Anodised silver finish or can be custom powder-coated in any color upon request. This product is suitable for various outdoor commercial applications where weather protection is essential.
