Airfoil’s Australian Made Curved Blade Diffuser 3 Way Blow (CBD3) is ideal for ceiling applications requiring precise control of supply air direction for heating and cooling. Crafted from aluminium, this diffuser features individual curved blades that can be easily adjusted for targeted airflow. Typically mounted flush to the ceiling or within a fixed T-Bar grid, the CBD3 has an outer frame size of 32mm and blades fixed at 20mm centres, offering flexibility in airflow management.
The curved blades are securely attached with high-quality spring-loaded metal wires and star washers. Optional features include an Opposed Blade Damper (OBD) for air balancing, a Fixing Clip Reducer Neck (FCRN), or an Insulated Cushion Box (ICB) for commercial supply air installations. Available in standard white or Natural Anodised silver, and can be powder-coated to any specific colour, the CBD3 is suitable for various settings, including airports, hospitals, offices, shopping centres, and universities, where precise directional air control is crucial.
