Airfoil’s Australian Made Expanded Mesh Grille (EMG) is crafted from 1mm thick mild steel and features a 19mm x 7mm diamond mesh pattern centered within the high-grade aluminum extrusion face. With a free area ranging from 60-73%, the EMG ensures optimal airflow with minimal sound levels.
Typically installed on walls or ceilings in secure areas like car parks, the Expanded Mesh Grille is highly effective for both return and exhaust air applications. It can also be equipped with Airfoil’s optional Opposed Blade Damper (OBD) for precise air balancing. Available in our Natural Anodised silver finish or custom powder-coated to any desired colour, the EMG can be tailored to fit any size requirement. Suitable for commercial settings where the consistent transfer of return or exhaust air is essential.
