Airfoil’s Australian-Made Removable Core Expanded Mesh Grille (RC-EMG) is built from 1mm thick mild steel, featuring a removable core center with a 19mm x 7mm diamond mesh pattern. With a free area ranging from 60-73%, the RC-EMG ensures optimal airflow with minimal sound levels. Designed for security areas like car parks, the Removable Core Expanded Mesh Grille is highly effective for return or exhaust air applications. Its unique diamond mesh removable core is securely fixed within its welded channel, allowing for easy installation and access by simply clicking it into the 50mm deep spring-aligned outer frame.
The outer aluminium frame fascia size is 25mm. Additionally, this Expanded Mesh Grille can be equipped with Airfoil’s optional Opposed Blade Damper (OBD) for precise air balancing. Available in our Natural Anodised finish or customisable with powder coating in any specific colour, the RC-EMG can be tailored to fit any size requirement. Ideal for commercial use in buildings where the consistent transfer of return or exhaust air is crucial.
