Airfoil’s Australian Made Stream Splitter Damper (SSD) is crafted from Airfoil’s premium 0.9mm galvanised steel and can be customised to any size. The Stream Splitter Damper’s adjustments can be made using a Phillips head screwdriver through the face of the grille to achieve the desired setting. Rotate the SSD clockwise to open the damper and counterclockwise to close it. The damper features a 70mm x 40mm scooped blade configuration, facilitating an even discharge of air through its series of scooped blades within the damper. These blades, pitched at 175mm centers, are securely fixed via an industrial rivet system.
Airfoil’s Stream Splitter Damper (SSD) is well-suited for commercial applications in metal duct runs, where supply air can be efficiently directed through its adjustable blades and diverted through the grille’s face. The damper comes standard in our Matt Black finish for a visually pleasing appearance and can be fitted to the neck of the grille before installation.
