Airfoil’s Australian Made Metal Cylinder Swirl Plenum (CSP) is crafted from high-quality 0.55mm galvanised steel to complement the Round Radial Swirl Diffuser CDS-DM350R. Featuring an internal “T” brace and supplied with a matching root nut for the centre swirl screw, the CSP ensures straightforward installation. It accommodates various configurations, supporting a maximum depth of 600mm, with side entry spigots compatible with different flexible duct diameters or direct attachment to spiral metal ducts. With a 365mm opening side, the CSP integrates seamlessly with the diffuser for optimal airflow in HVAC systems.
Perfect for open ceiling areas, the CSP offers an aesthetically pleasing solution while delivering air effectively. It is available in various options, including uninsulated (Plain) or insulated with materials such as rubber, polyester, or black-faced fibreglass in standard thicknesses, or customised insulation upon request. Designed to integrate with Airfoil’s Round Swirl Diffuser, the CSP is ideal for commercial settings where aesthetic, thermal, and acoustic performance is critical, exemplifying Airfoil’s commitment to excellence in sheet metal solutions.
