Airfoil’s Australian Made Non-Return Damper (NRD) is made from premium 2mm extruded aluminium, providing excellent strength and rigidity. It effectively prevents backdraft in air conditioning and exhaust systems, ensuring reliable performance. Featuring a 35mm outer flange and a 152mm deep frame, the damper includes lightweight 1mm aluminium blades for quick response. These blades, secured by precision-engineered brass bushes, allow for smooth operation at various air velocities. Centred support linkages ensure consistent performance.
Available in custom sizes based on “Airway Size,” the 35mm outer frame fits square or rectangular ductwork, simplifying installation. Airfoil’s Non-Return Damper has been rigorously tested and is ideal for controlling airflow in commercial air handling systems.
